Elder Fusi Fuauli Jr.

A Life Committed to Faith and Service

Background and Early Life

Elder Fusi Jr. was born on February 28 in Waianae, West Oahu. Raised in a devout Christian household, Elder Fusi was instilled with strong values by his parents, who emphasized the importance of putting God first and obeying His Word. This foundation would later play a significant role in his spiritual journey.

Spiritual Transformation

Elder Fusi’s spiritual awakening began during a church youth camp meeting, where he experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This pivotal moment ignited his passion for faith and led him to become an active member of a Pentecostal Church in Honolulu. Throughout his formative years, he grew in his understanding of God and developed a deep desire to serve.

Military Service

From 1980 to 1984, Elder Fusi served in the U.S. Army, an experience that shaped his character and provided him with valuable life lessons. His time in the military instilled discipline and resilience, qualities he would later use in his ministry.

Journey of Faith and Leadership

In 1988, Elder Fusi faced a challenging period, backsliding from his faith for several years. However, his life took a positive turn when he and his family discovered a new church home. Under the guidance of Pastor Gary Bixby, Elder Fusi learned about Spiritual Warfare and received his ordination. After the pastor’s relocation, Elder Fusi struggled to find a consistent church home until his wife introduced him to Living For Christ Ministries (LFCM).

Elder Fusi Jr. joined LFCM in October 2010. His unwavering commitment and heartfelt service led Pastor Charles Webster to appoint him as an Elder in 2014. On January 22, 2017, he received his Minister License and Ministerial Partnership Membership, affirming his role in ministry.

Ministry Focus and Community Engagement

As an Evangelist, Elder Fusi feels called to share the love of Jesus Christ with the local community, and his life experiences provide him with the empathy and understanding needed to reach the lost. He passionately engages with individuals, helping them discover hope and purpose through faith. Elder Fusi’s role extends beyond preaching; he is a compassionate listener and a source of encouragement for many in the community.

Family Life

Elder Fusi Jr. is married to Letitia Ann Fuauli, a devoted woman of prayer and an intercessor who contributes significantly to the church’s spiritual foundation. Together, they have two wonderful adult children, Montgomery and Polinahi Johnson, who share in their family’s commitment to faith and community service.

Elder Fusi Jr.’s journey reflects a deep-seated commitment to God, family, and service to others. His experiences as a veteran, church leader, husband, and father equip him to be a beacon of light in his community. Through Living For Christ Ministries, he continues to minister effectively, helping to transform lives and lead others to a relationship with Christ.
